TRAINING &
DEVELOPMENT

NPL supports the professional development of individuals in the power industry through its Nabha Technical Training Institute (NTTI).

NTTI, located at the 2x700MW Supercritical Thermal Power Plant in Rajpura, Patiala District, Punjab, provides training in Thermal Plant Engineering and other relevant industry practices. The facility is equipped with simulators, workstations, labs, and workshops and is recognized as a Central Electricity Authority (CEA) certified Training Institute.

The training programs offered at NTTI encompass STG (Steam Turbine Generator), BOP (Balance of Plant), CHP (Coal Handling Plant) Operation and Maintenance, Electrical systems, and Environmental Management. Each program is designed to address the current needs of the industry. Practical exposure at the Supercritical Thermal Power Plant complements the simulator-based training.

For further information on training opportunities at NTTI, contact services_npl@larsentoubro.com.
