Nabha Power Limited has obtained the following clearances required for developing the Rajpura Thermal Power Project:

• Extension in validity of 'consent to establish' (NOC)
• Ministry of Environment and Forest (MoEF) clearance for 1400 MW Project
• Ministry of Environment and Forest (MoEF) clearance for 1320 MW Project
• Letter of Assurance from South Eastern Coal Field Limited ("SECL")
• Consent to establish from Punjab Pollution Control Board
• Water linkage sanction from Irrigation Deptt , Government of Punjab
